Commissioned in 2016.
The assembly line is intended for production of two standard types of LED light bulbs – E14 and E27. For each type of light bulb there are 20 working stations, on 6 of them there is a Fanuc robot, 6 Fanuc robots in total.
Features:
- There is a Vision control implemented for control of the mounting between the LED circuit board and the power supply circuit board
- The complex comes with a SCADA system for managing the production process, archiving in database
- Productivity – 8 seconds per item
